Shipping Policy

At Brodina Cave, we are committed to providing reliable, transparent, and prompt shipping for all our handbag orders. Our focus is exclusively on serving our domestic market. We exclusively ship to destinations within the United States.

1. Shipping Destination and Service Area

Brodina Cave currently only offers shipping services within the United States. We do not offer international shipping, nor do we ship to U.S. Territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) or P.O. Boxes at this time. All orders must be shipped to a verified physical street address within our service area.

2. Order Processing and Handling Time

Processing refers to the time it takes to verify your order, perform quality checks on the handbag, carefully package it, and hand it over to the courier.

  • Handling Time: Our standard handling time is 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Order Cut-Off Time: Our daily cut-off time is 4:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed before this time begin processing on the same business day. Orders received after the cut-off time or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Exclusions: Please note that orders are neither processed nor shipped on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or major U.S. public holidays.

3. Shipping Costs and Estimated Delivery Time

We offer a single, reliable shipping service across the United States. The shipping fee covers packaging, handling, and transportation costs.

4. Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

Tracking Information: Once your order has been packaged and labeled (within 1–2 business days of placement), you will receive a comprehensive shipping confirmation email. This email will include your unique tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website for real-time updates. Please allow up to 24 hours from receipt of the email for the tracking information to appear active in the carrier’s system.

Delivery Confirmation: When the carrier confirms that your package has been successfully delivered to the address provided in your order, the delivery status is considered complete. We are not responsible for packages that go missing after the carrier provides delivery confirmation.

5. Shipping Delays

The transit times provided are estimates. Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons (like holidays), due to severe weather conditions, or unforeseen carrier operation issues. While we will notify you of any significant delays on our end, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier once the package is in their possession.

6. Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it. Please check around your property and with neighbors first. Contact the specific carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) directly with your tracking number to open an investigation. We will assist you in opening a claim where necessary. Refunds or replacements for lost packages are issued only after the carrier’s investigation and claim process is officially completed.

7. Incorrect Delivery Address

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If an order is shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, and the package is returned to us by the carrier, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charge and the cost of re-shipping the item to the correct address. We are not liable for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.

8. Modify Shipping Details

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, you must contact us immediately via phone or email. We can only guarantee a successful address modification if the request is received before the order has been packaged and shipped within the 1-2 business day handling window. Once the order is handed to the carrier, we cannot modify the shipping address.
