Return and Refund Policy

At Brodina Cave, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your handbag purchase, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 16 calendar days of receiving your order. We do not charge any restocking fees, allowing you to shop with confidence.

Eligibility and Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original, unused, and resalable condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories (such as dust bags or authentication cards) must be included.
  • Items must be free from any signs of wear, stains, odors, or damage.

Non-Returnable Items:
Items that show signs of use, missing original packaging or tags, or gift card purchases are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

If you are within the 30-day return window, please follow these steps to start the process:

  • Provide Details: Include your order number and the specific reason for the return or exchange.
  • Instructions: We will review your request and respond with detailed instructions and the return shipping address in Monsey, New York.
Return Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:

Customer Reasons: If the return is due to customer preference, change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or similar reasons, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and must arrange their own shipping label.

Store Issue: If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, wrong color, or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost and provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, we sincerely apologize. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide you with a prepaid label. Once we confirm the error, we will offer you a full refund or a free replacement, based entirely on your preference.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets all return criteria.

  • Processing Time: Your refund will be processed within 13 business days after the item passes inspection.
  • Method: Refunds are strictly issued back to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that banks may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
Change of Customer Mind

If the return is due to a personal reason such as ordering the wrong size, changing your preference, or an incorrect address entered at checkout the customer is responsible for arranging and paying the full cost of the return shipping. Upon successful receipt and inspection of the item, we will process a full refund for the product price only (the original shipping fee is non-refundable).
